Chesterfield's: a Restaurant That Is Not a Restaurant

Having read about a restaurant that's not a restaurant  in Muncie's newspaper, T he Star Press , my daughter-in-law and I decided to eat lunch together at Chesterfield's. The food is cooked and served by Ivy Tech students that are studying the culinary courses. Of course, I had my camera with me so I had fun capturing lots of interesting items, not including the food. I'm sure that many of downtown workers will be taking advantage of the Valentine Day's sale tomorrow. I think this is Virginia Mayo , an actress in the 1940s and 1950s. The table at far right is where daugher-in-law and I enjoyed our food. The turkey Reuben is exquisitely tasty! Although the pumpernickel bread is not yet baked by the students, one of the teachers told me that they would after they've learned about it in the classroom. The only person I recognize in this trio of Chesterfield ads is the actress at the left. She is Lana Turner , whose legs were insure...
