My dad sitting with his granddaughter Alison.  I wonder what was the topic being batted back and forth?   She's decked out for swimming, with added protection of her life jacket. This little girl, when she was six, swam on a swim team (her brothers at 7 and 8 did too).   When she  hit high school, she swam on the boys'  swim team because there was no girls' team.  I was so proud of her taking on such a groundbreaker as that!
