I have cleared my cookies and browsing history. I have changed my password  for the third time in the last two days. Yet, I am unable to leave comments  on other bloggers’ sites.   My comments won’t publish  even on my own blog page! Please, has anyone out there had this problem ?   And do you know how to fix it?
