Today was my momma's birthday. One birthday my husband pulled an April Fool joke on her. He had cardboard in the shape of a round layer cake. He iced it beautifully.  As my mom tried to cut into it, she realized what he'd done and laughed so hard tears welled up in her eyes.  This story tells you what a wonderful sense of humor she had. Happy Birthday, Momma, we miss you. I'm sharing a picture of the two of us taken  at my college graduation party.

For some reason my comments won't  publish on the ABC Wednesday site. If anyone can figure out how I can solve that problem, I'd sure appreciate it.

NONNIE'S PHOTO A DAY, Day 88: Easter Vigil

The tomb is empty. He was not taken, but rose. He kept His promise to overcome death. His crucifixion and resurrection  gives us life eternal with him. So sound the bells; sing hallelujah and songs of praise! Walk away from the  darkness of sinand disbelief and into the light with our risen Lord!
