Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate it today! That's PER banana, the twenty-four, not by pound,  for each banana! A lady nearby hearing me say "per banana" uttered that when she had glanced at it, thought the twenty-four cents was a really good price for a pound.  She thanked me for drawing her attention to the actual amount she'd receive.  linked to Signs, Signs

'S' for seventy is linked to   ABC Wednesday My family had this cake baked for my seventieth birthday.  Yes, it was themed for Super Bowl Sunday  because "our" team, the Indianapolis Colts were playing!   

Man's journey through life moves more quickly than wished. How did that happen? I saw this painting in the waiting room when I took a friend for a test. I deemed it an interesting introspection.
