It is located  at the right upon entering the inner side door of our church. Now the baptismal sacrament is presented in the area  near where the cantor stands.

Signs: Westside Park

For once I am too young (insert grin here) to have experienced the days gone by when Westside Park was an amusement park. However, a postcard of the roller coaster and four other postcards about the park can be viewed on Flickr/hoosier_recollections . White River Greenway , walking trail by White River next to Westside Park . Even though I've walked more than a few times on the trail, I've never taken the time to read these signs. I finally did read them and, as you can see, I captured their information on my camera. Westside Park, in olden times gone by before I was born.

Mornings with Mary

Dear holy Mother, open my heart to receive the Word of Your Son.  sooc make your way  to others who honor Mary this Monday morning on  Mornings with Mary Radiant edit Burst edit This lovely statue was my mother's. It was a gift from her sister-in-law, it's a Hummel figurine.  Sometime or another Mary's hand was broken off, probably by a cat because my parents always had one after they bought their home. I, in turn, gave it to my daughter because she cherishes the fact that it belonged to her grandmother. 

Shadow Shot Sunday 2: Children's Museum

upcoming archaeologists dig for fun! linking to Shadow Shot Sunday 2 The emblem on this window cast the shadow in the image above. This is the symbol for Muncie Children's Museum . It's fun for children of all ages! My daughter and I were not the only grandparents using our grandchild as an excuse for having fun.     most fun here water excitement for Myah! Myah got so excited here that she was clapping her hands and twirling around. I made a video of it. I'm hoping that my link works and can be viewed here .
