Justice is a clothing shop for girls. You can visit their web site here . The word 'facia' means nameplate or sign above shop. Justice, a strange name, in it girls' clothing, footwear- all the latest trends. While visiting   The Phrontistery ,  I spied the word 'fagin.' That brilliant author Dickens used this noun for the crooked character's name!
