Today was my momma's birthday.
One birthday my husband pulled an April Fool joke on her.
He had cardboard in the shape of a round layer cake.
He iced it beautifully. As my mom tried to cut into it, she realized what he'd done and laughed so hard tears welled up in her eyes. This story tells you what a wonderful sense of humor she had.
