A Photo A Day: My Daily Sustenance, Day 352

linked to Macro Monday at Lisa's Chaos
For Sandy Hook Elementary:

Precious children,
heroic teachers,
gone from the Earth,
but not forgotten by those left behind.
Our nation, stunned and appalled,
uttering, "Not again?"
Americans wondering why, no answer comes.
Gather together, pray for the souls of the fallen.
And ask, "What can we do, Lord, as a nation to better this world?"

If words in prayer do not come, perhaps these words from Scripture might help:
      2 Corinthians 4:8-9
"
We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair;
persecuted, but not forsaken;
struck down, but not destroyed."
