vegans' food delight,
Earth Fare, organic grocer
amazing choices

Granddaughter who lives in Carmel
likes this grocery store
because she has recently
opted for being a vegan.
I admire her for this decision.
I was surprised to see such
an enormous store
that specializes
in oranically grown food.

Her sister and I came to pick up food f
or our supper that night.
 tasty, organic
prepared by my granddaughter
spinach pasta, yum!
After I had taken the 18th photo,
I pulled the plug because
I wanted to eye the foods
without being concerned where
was the best spot to capture all the goodies.

Next time I visit,
I think I'll try one of these-
probably the pizza.

Oh that looks great. We have about 4 vegan days a week. I'm trying for more but hubber's likes his meat and potatoes. Great pix. I'll have to check this store out. Thanks.
Never seen Tofurky. Might be interesting.

Somehow tofurky doesn't sound too enticing!

I love Carmel Norma. One of the many memories I have of being there is that it is where I bought my first Tilley Hat. I loved their shops and the beaches and their restaurants. It was a great place!

I am surprised you managed to get so many photos. I tried to get a picture of the luscious vegetable display in a Whole Foods and was followed around the store until I just left empty-handed.

Lesley, I kept expecting someone to come up and ask what I was doing!

GB, I'm wondering if you are speaking about Carmel in California. Living in Indiana, these pics were taken in Carmel, Indiana, a suburb of Indianapolis. Sorry if I've cause confusion. mea culpa!

Just the type of supermarket I'd love to shop in, but here's a warning for you, the tofurky products are nasty tasting.
We're not veg, but we eat more that way every day.

thanks for the heads up, Karen!

Cool!
Reminds me of a place where my wife shopped during her Vegetarian phase 20+ years ago, it was called Mother's Market.
