I opened myself
to the idea of shadows,
and voila, they're here!

I am delighted
and sometimes surprised
whence I see shadows
in my everyday world.

I've been noticing shadows since I was a little girl. Sort of like the negative in photography/life. Interesting composition here.

Now I would never have guessed that it was a drainer...I see a symphony hall spotlights or an auto body paint booth with its paint drying heat lamps or...a shadowy view can lead to surprises!
