Carpe Diem's Tan Renga Challenge Month #X

Atreyee’s "The Soul Drenched in Love"

the Soul drenched in love
seeks nothing- gives everything
finds Buddha within

wandering, my spirit spreads its wings
struggling to reach eternity

An aside: like the butterfly emerging,
I am taking a risk with writing tan rengas.
As a first grade teacher,
I knew the importance of making
my classroom safe so that students
would risk being wrong.
It's so much easier to teach a concept
than it is to practice it.

You're so welcome, Hettienne, I have just heard too and I'm fascinated with it. But it is so new that it's arduous for me, but I think it's worth it.

I'm honored, Atreyee, with your comment.
What a wonderful, spiritual, completion of the Tan Renga Norma. The flight to Eternity ... wow!
Nicely done, and I will tell you that the Carpe Diem poets are a kind, encouraging lot. Also, be aware that as many of us write the prompts every day, we know that some days are more inspired than others. I myself only wrote my first Tan Renga a few months ago due to Carpe Diem. Welcome.
