dearest nonnie,

thank you for the gift of your light. water has become my constant ritual. i begin each week day with the sunrise in the pool. some call this physical therapy ah but i know this is a cleansing of my soul, a lifting of my heart, a return to a lightness i strive to carry with me even against the gravity of life's challenges. i love you nonnie. xo
Oh, yes, running water is so soothing to the soul!
I agree, Nonnie, I find cascading water has the same wonderful effect on me!

Carol, whenever I visit your site, my Webroot program pops up and messages me about a possible virus on it. So all I get is a quick look and no time to comment. So sorry.

Beautiful, Nonnie. Water is wonderful. Gives life, refreshes, and it's sound brings peace to a fretful mind. Lovely!
