They are such a bright pop of color in one's garden... I've only seen them a couple times in my cousin's yard in the mountains of NC, we don't have them here in the NW... Thank you, Nonnie, for coming by sharing your creative photography on the Weekly Top Shot, #167!

I've never seen a cardinal in real life but in all the photos I've seen I marvel at their brilliant red. They must be quite a sight.
