I'm Back... for Shadow Shot Sunday!

Mother's Day '14

It’s been more than a month since my shoulder surgery, but my arm is still in a sling to keep my shoulder immobile. I’ve spent very little time in front of my computer so I could keep pain levels to the minimal amount. I’m faithfully doing my exercises to help in my healing.
For today’s photo, I relied on last mother’s day flowers from my daughter.  When the flowers she gifted me for this mother’s day fill in more, I’ll share those.

Good morning, Nonni. Good to see you checking in and that your recovery is going well. Blessings.

Welcome back! A shoulder injury can be so long in healing, (I've had one), so take great care. Beautiful flowers and love the scattered design of shadows.

Welcome back! That month seemed to have gone by fast for me-I don't know about you!

Here's hoping your shoulder heals fast. My husbands shoulder is real bad. He'll be heading to the doc pretty soon. Get well soon.

Lovely blooms. The shadows make an excellent bonus!

The flowers seem to be casting church-like candlelight.

Glad to see you again - with nice flowers and shadows!
Such an operation is always a deeper intervention and impairment for a long time... wish you all the best.

You had a wonderful playground by the water

Thanks to all of you for your kind words. Before my surgery, the doctor said that it would be a matter of MONTHS, not weeks until I'm healed completely. If pain hadn't been waking me during the night, I probably would have waited a while longer. I had bone spurs and a tear in my rotator cuff. Not sure what caused it. I'm just glad that now ibuprofen ends the pain. Thank you again, I feel blessed that I was missed.

Glad you are feeling better.
Did you get my note that someone had sent me an email, in your name, asking for $2000.00 because "you were stranded in some foreign country"..?? It was so weird and wondered if anyone else got the email. Seems your email account was hacked....hope it amounts to nothing.
