I like the quote: “The most comfortable people on a hayride are the horses.” It confirms what some suspect … that horses are just four legged people. :)

For Ellen and others unaware of the word 'Hoosier'- Hoosier is the nickname for us who live in Indiana. The casino-horse racing park is located in Anderson, Indiana.

I left the Hoosier state almost 40 years ago--long before casinos popped up. Sometimes, I'd like to see what's changed since then.

Just in Muncie, there have been enormous changes- a mall, bypass for road 67, I69 runs nearly the lenght of Indiana, Ball State has added greatly on their campus. Then Indianapolis- too numerous to list, but the best are White River Gardens, the zoo and the Children's Museum and the various art museums!
