my photos, my thoughts
It's all there! :)
I'll drink to that. ;-)
Trucks can be mobile billboards.
I'll have a 7 Up please!
I’ll have an A and W Root Beer, please. My husband used to tease me saying the A stood for Atwater, and the W stood for Winkenwurter. I always laughed.
Adele Davis would never have bought what that truck is selling :)))! I had forgotten all about her, but used to have several books she wrote! Lots of good people from your State!
You're right, Sallie, from what I've read about her. In my quote book, there are quite a few quotes from her.
Thank you, Norma for your visit. We have some similar signs over here. The Wabash is a beautiful place!
that makes me smile, Genie!
7-Up was the go-to drink when my brother and I couldn't keep anything down.
ok! my fave isn't on the truck.
I wouldn't mind a root beer, but I am trying very hard to give up soda right now!
I really like the heart sign.Frankly My Dear
thank you for noticing the name of the river. types of signs like this must have an international flavor- who knew? I didn't!
I do like all of those "cans" on the truck. Nice find!
The advert on the side of the wagon made me think back to the time when they were all hand painted! The quote is so true but then it's a matter of chicken and egg (so to speak).
